Description:
The Salesperson is responsible for manning the retail counter of the restaurant and selling retail merchandise directly to guests.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Taking opening and closing inventory and preparing daily requisitions
Strong knowledge of all retail items, including t-shirt design names, colors and size options
Maintaining the retail counter clean and well organized
Providing engaged, friendly and attentive customer service to all guests inclusive of eye contact, respectable conversation and smiling
Greeting guests entering the restaurant, especially when a host is not present
Any other related activities as assigned by Management
Job Requirements:
Prior experience working in retail preferred
Must be fluent in English
Able to work nights, weekends and holidays, and variable schedule, per the needs of the company
Ability to lift 50 lbs. and to stand on your feet for 8 hours a day
